The project focuses on the vendor transition of a Meeting Planning Agency and internal team restructuring, while maintaining operational continuity. The goal is to streamline processes, redefine responsibilities, and implement performance metrics that support change without disrupting core business functions. Key Responsibilities:
Operating Model Development:
Lead stakeholder engagement to shape and finalize the proposed future-state operating model.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align changes with business strategy.
Change Management & Communication:
Develop and execute communication plans and change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Create, distribute, and manage change materials that guide internal and external teams through organizational shifts.
Process & Role Documentation:
Map and document current vs. future roles, responsibilities, and processes.
Simplify and optimize processes across multiple business units to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Transition Oversight:
Develop and manage the full project plan for transitioning to a new Meeting Planning Agency.
Coordinate updates and action items across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
Performance Monitoring & Metrics:
