Job description
Our Client, a Communications company, is looking for a Contracts Manager II for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Use several techniques to solve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review and analysis of several factors and provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
Establish and monitor a new team email inbox and distribute inquiries to the appropriate Pole Team member for follow-up.
Oversee new requests from 3rd Parties wanting to attach to Client-owned Poles and Conduit by sending out an initial Attacher Questionnaire, populating a draft Pole Attachment Agreement, securing all necessary documentation from 3rd Party and following through to execution using EFAA and CLM standard processes.
Assist with pole data collection, review & analysis.
Coordinate and Project Manage pole remediation issues with Field and Centralized Operations that affect contractual relationships.
Handle new or renewal Pole and Conduit Attachment Agreements with power companies or other pole owners as assigned by Pole Team staff.
Other pole or conduit related work as assigned by Pole Team staff, as needed.

Preferred:
Experience interfacing with municipal agencies, telecom providers and power companies is preferred.
Experience in telecommunications or network planning is preferred.
Additional experience in business management, financial management or the legal field is preferred.
