Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. This role will drive cloud security strategy, tenant isolation, IAM governance, encryption frameworks, and zero-trust security principles across distributed systems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AWS security services, SaaS platform protection, and compliance-driven architecture for sensitive enterprise data environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end security architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Design and maintain IAM policies, encryption strategies, and tenant isolation models.
• Architect security controls for APIs, platform services, and data segregation.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed secure-by-design practices throughout the SDLC.
• Establish audit logging, monitoring, threat detection, and incident response frameworks.
• Implement least-privilege access controls and zero-trust security principles.
• Drive cloud security best practices across AWS infrastructure and services.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and enterprise security standards.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to external SaaS platforms handling sensitive IP and customer data.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS IAM, KMS, Cognito, VPC security, and related security tooling.
• Proven experience securing multi-tenant SaaS platforms in cloud-native environments.
• Deep understanding of encryption, tenant isolation, identity management, and API security.
• Experience implementing zero-trust architecture and least-privilege access models.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks including ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.
• Strong knowledge of logging, monitoring, incident response, and security governance.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and DevOps teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
