Job description

The Product Marketing Contractor will:
• Develop and refine website content for Futurenav Compass, including product overviews, value propositions, use cases, and buyer specific messaging.
• Create sales enablement materials, such as product one pagers, pitch decks, solution briefs, and comparative positioning assets.
• Translate complex product capabilities (e.g., skills signaling, advising workflows, pathway visualization, workforce connections) into clear, market ready language for education buyers.
• Support go to market initiatives across higher education and K 12 to postsecondary pathways, in coordination with product, sales, and partnerships teams.
• Ensure messaging alignment with ETS brand standards while remaining pragmatic, outcomes focused, and buyer oriented.
• Rapidly iterate content based on feedback from sales teams, partners, and early adopters.

Deliverables

Updated and net‐new Futurenav Compass web copy
Sales one‐pagers and solution briefs
Pitch decks and sales presentation content
Messaging frameworks and positioning statements for priority buyer segments
Ad hoc content support tied to active deals, RFPs, and partnerships

Required Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in product marketing, preferably in education technology, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
Strong ability to convert technical or complex offerings into clear, compelling buyer‐facing content.
Experience creating content for web and sales channels serving institutional or enterprise buyers.
Familiarity with higher education, workforce development, or career navigation markets is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and deliver high‐quality outputs on accelerated timelines.
