ecruitment & Sourcing: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for a variety of roles, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for fit based on experience, skills, and cultural alignment.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure top-quality service delivery.
Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post job advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and recruitment websites.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for interviews, and follow up with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Manage the candidate offer process, negotiate salary/compensation packages, and assist with onboarding new hires.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all placements meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
