Senior Designer, Brand & Growth

Location: Remote with infrequent travel as needed, to offices in Plano, TX and Chattanooga, TN

This role sits within RKD Studio, our in-house brand and creative engine. We're seeking high-caliber Senior Designer talent to bring RKD's brand to life with quality, consistency, and creative ambition across a wide range of high-stakes outputs — from demand generation campaigns to engaging web content and competitive RFP responses. Your goal is to design a thoughtful, human, and creatively compelling design for the RKD brand.

What you'll do:

• Design across a varied and high-impact portfolio, including campaigns, proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, web content, other digital assets, event materials, and branded content
• Deliver polished, on-brand creative at pace across digital, print, and experiential formats
• Translate briefs into compelling visual solutions that serve both brand and commercial objectives
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and the wider brand and marketing team to ensure design and messaging work together seamlessly
• Uphold and actively contribute to the evolution of RKD's design system and brand standards
• Manage your own workload and deadlines with a high degree of ownership and reliability

• A strong, versatile designer with a sharp modern aesthetic, creative perspective, and a portfolio that demonstrates range and quality
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional creative work at pace, without cutting corners on craft
• Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh thinking and creative energy
• Highly collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a positive approach to feedback and iteration
• Proficiency across industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
