Job description

SAP SuccessFactors SME/Architect
Location: 100% Remote in USA
Duration: 06 Months plus
Rate: DOE

Visa: US Citizen, Green Card, or H4EAD

Job Description:
  • SAP SuccessFactors SME/Architect:
  • Must bring expertise in Total Compensation module, and configuration of Total Rewards Statements
  • Must bring expertise in Learning Management module configuration
  • Currently our client is very manual and wants to automate
  • (we will get the detailed requisition next week)
  • Responsible for configuring, analyzing, and developing solutions within SAP SuccessFactors environments. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, specifically SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions to enhance and extend SAP ESS and SuccessFactors capabilities.
Development:
  • Design, code, test, and deploy SAP ESS and SuccessFactors applications, custom interfaces, and extensions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and external systems.
Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide technical support for SuccessFactors applications, addressing issues and incidents promptly.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand and resolve system-related challenges.
Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP SuccessFactors configurations, custom developments, and troubleshooting procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of SAP ESS, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM updates, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and functionality.
