Responsible for configuring, analyzing, and developing solutions within SAP SuccessFactors environments. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, specifically SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Configuration and Customization:
Configure SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Develop and implement custom solutions to enhance and extend SAP ESS and SuccessFactors capabilities.
Development:
Design, code, test, and deploy SAP ESS and SuccessFactors applications, custom interfaces, and extensions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and external systems.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide technical support for SuccessFactors applications, addressing issues and incidents promptly.
Collaborate with end-users to understand and resolve system-related challenges.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP SuccessFactors configurations, custom developments, and troubleshooting procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of SAP ESS, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM updates, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and functionality.
