Proven experience using Tableau or other data visualization software to build and present insights through visual analysis.
Experience with analytics software (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx) and/or SQL language is advantageous.
Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage various data points to achieve common goals (people knowledge, internal data, external tools).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight time constraints.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners and proactively assess business needs.
Ability to identify opportunities and address potential issues before they become problems.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
