Senior Product Success Manager
Location: Remote 100% (Works EST hours)
Duration : 6-12 Months with extension
The Senior Product Success manager plays a pivotal role within the Content Enablement (CE) Team. This team oversees FUSE, a robust content lifecycle management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. FUSE is primarily utilized to support critical processes in Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review. As we expand FUSE's reach globally, the Analyst will engage with users, understand their sentiments, and advocate for enhancements to ensure a seamless user experience.
Implement and execute international demand intake process, including triaging initial requests
Sort user feedback and ensure alignment with product goals and roadmap via scorecard
Provide transparent communication by regularly updating users on the status of their requests
Collaborate with product team to prioritize feature enhancements and bug fixes, including participation in design calls
User Training
Review all training materials created by Training team to ensure accuracy, clarity and user-friendliness
Identify training needs (live sessions vs. documentation)
Manage Learning and Development team
Manage implementation of Whatfix features, including identification of new features, vendor management and ownership of the backlog
Identifying what stories require release notes and then review, collate and disseminate release notes on a monthly cadence

Skills and experience needed:
• 10+ years of experience in product and change management (deep product experience is mandatory)
• Deep knowledge of Aprimo, additional marketing technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to product teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify actionable insights from data.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
