We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations. This role will support large-scale WMS rollouts across multiple locations in the United States. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption of WMS solutions. Note: This role requires frequent travel within the USA based on rollout schedules. Typically, 1–3 rollout assignments may occur per month.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain, supporting supply chain and distribution operations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Drive end-to-end WMS implementation and rollout activities, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze complex business challenges and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Ensure seamless integration of WMS with enterprise systems such as CRM, Order Management, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems.
Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases to ensure alignment with business needs.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse operations.
Proven experience in system integrations and data flow across enterprise applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting large-scale system rollouts and implementations
