Job Title: Test Lead – Oracle ERP

Location: EST (Preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months (with extension possibility)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong enterprise-level testing expertise and deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, particularly across payroll and financial modules. The ideal candidate will lead testing initiatives, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery within Oracle ERP implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle ERP implementations
Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
Drive test governance, including status reporting and leadership updates
Facilitate stakeholder communication and conduct regular governance meetings
Ensure alignment with business requirements, especially in US payroll processes
Oversee defect management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance processes
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams for seamless delivery

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in software testing, with strong leadership exposure
Proven experience as a Test Lead in large enterprise environments
Strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP modules:
- Payroll (Paybill)
- Sales
- Collections
