Position: Contact Center BA

100% Remote role
  • Experience in Contact Center applications like Cisco/NiCE/Genesys.
  • The project is of migration from Cisco platform to NiCE platform.
  • Having knowledge of NiCE or Cisco would be excellent, but if we can get someone with Genesys knowledge, that will work also.
