Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define scalable solutions aligned with workflow modernization goals and program objectives.
Create, refine, and maintain epics, features, and user stories for workflow-driven applications and backend services.
Manage and prioritize team and program backlogs to ensure readiness for PI Planning and sprint execution.
Partner with Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads to prioritize deliverables and remove blockers.
Define detailed acceptance criteria and validate completed user stories at the end of each sprint cycle.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity around workflows, integrations, APIs, and non-functional requirements.
Support workflow orchestration and automation initiatives by ensuring solutions meet business and technical expectations.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst supporting enterprise software initiatives.
Strong ability to quickly understand and adapt to complex business domains; Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, structured technical and functional documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with workflow orchestration and workflow modeling platforms such as Appian.
Familiarity with system modeling and enterprise integration concepts.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
Exposure to AI tooling and workflow automation technologies.
Experience supporting backend service integrations and enterprise-scale applications.
