Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities
Execute the full sales cycle using a consultative sales approach
Create and deliver tailored proposals based on client needs
Identify and recommend new product opportunities based on market demand
Territory & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users
Manage and support manufacturer representatives to maximize territory performance
Represent the company professionally across all client interactions
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Provide ongoing feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
Contribute to sales strategy, budgeting, and trade show planning
Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives to drive innovation and improvements
Operational Execution
Accurately document all sales activities in CRM systems
Support marketing initiatives and industry events
Assist with forecasting and annual planning
Resolve customer issues related to product quality and support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience
Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales environments
Strong understanding of consultative sales processes
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Sales management or manufacturer rep management experience
Experience in HVAC, industrial ventilation, or textile-related industries
Strong analytical and data reporting capabilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
