Job Summary
The Workday HCM Recruiting Module IT Lead will participate in all phases of the Workday implementation and will provide full product lifecycle support post-implementation. This role focuses on configuration, data design, and 3rd party system integration to optimize recruitment workflows. [ 1 , 2 ]
Essential Job Functions

  • System Configuration: Design, build, test, and implement enhancements within the Workday Recruiting module.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline recruitment workflows and business processes, ensuring compliance with global hiring regulations.
  • Data Management: Utilize Workday reports, dashboards, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for data migration and analytics.
  • Collaboration: Work with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and train users on new functionality.
  • Security Maintenance: Set up security roles and permissions for recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ]

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday Recruiting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, API, and custom 3rd party integration techniques.
  • Skills: Experience with Workday business process framework, report writing, and BIRT reporting.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with greenfield implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered recruiting tools and candidate matching configurations.
  • Industry-specific recruitment experience (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare)
