Job description

Sr Sourcer to support company recruiters and account managers with the sourcing for qualified candidates for company job openings. Must work with team to develop sourcing strategies and better understand positions and customer requirements. Heavy data entry required.

SOURCING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Entry - quickly and effectively format and upload candidate resumes in to the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database. Assign candidates in ATS based on technical skillset.
Support maintenance of open job requirements on company website and job boards.
Utilize tools such as search engines and job boards to source active and passive candidates.
Screen job applicants from job postings and upload qualified candidates in to ATS as well as forward to assigned recruiter.
Help with any assigned reports as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
Excellent research and sourcing skills with ability quickly screen resumes to match with job requirements, as well as dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill positions.
Knowledge of Boolean searching
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well
Knowledge and/or the aptitude for technology, specifically for IT and telecom industries is helpful in this role.
