Join a high-volume National Title Insurance company as a Commercial Title Examiner. You will perform in-depth remote research and compile comprehensive title packages, ensuring accuracy for complex real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote title research and analysis for residential and land transactions.

• Compile search packages ranging from basic to complex.

• Identify and resolve title issues independently using established protocols.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth escrow and title closings.

• Manage a high-volume workload with minimal oversight.
• Acreage Abstracting: Reviewing large land tracts, often requiring knowledge of oil and gas instruments, surface waivers, and complex legal descriptions

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in title research or escrow.

• Technical Must-Have: Commercial / Land / Acreage experience is required. (Lot & Block only will not suffice).

• Software: Proficiency in Resware, Title Data, and Integrity.

• Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Preferred

• Expertise in Texas commercial acreage.

• Experience navigating various government agency and courthouse records.

Note: This is an individual contributor role requiring a self-starter who can manage their own desk in a remote environment.
