Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Watson Studio Support Specialist to provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers using Watson Studio, including Jupyter notebooks and DataStage, Python, R-script, APIs, GitLab, deployments, and jobs. The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Watson Studio, including errors, connectivity issues, and performance problems. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams, the platform team, to resolve technical issues and improve the overall customer experience.
