Job description
Our client, is an IT Services company, is looking for a Data Analyst for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support eAuth and Availity integrations for authorization and eligibility transactions.
Monitor integration performance and ensure high availability of interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data mismatches, and transaction errors.
Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable fixes for interface issues.
Act as a liaison between vendors, payers, providers, and internal technical teams.
Coordinate with Availity, eAuth vendors, and clearinghouses to resolve interface defects.
Participate in integration testing, validation, and certification processes with external partners.
Requirements:
Focuses on integration of eAuth and Availity platforms to streamline authorization and eligibility processes: Implement and support eAuth / Availity integrations & Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve interface issues, Implement and support eAuth / Availity integrations.
Experience with eAuth and Availity platforms (authorizations and eligibility preferred).
Strong knowledge of healthcare integration concepts and data exchange workflows.
Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions (e.g., 270/271, 278).
Hands-on experience troubleshooting interfaces and working with vendors.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience supporting healthcare payers or providers.
Exposure to integration tools, middleware, or APIs.
Experience with claims, authorizations, or eligibility system
