Responsibilities:
Customization and Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet the organization's specific HAM and SAM requirements.
  • Integration:
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, databases, and tools to facilitate seamless data flow for hardware and software asset management.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure a cohesive and interconnected ITSM ecosystem.
Process Optimization:
  • Analyze current HAM and SAM processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency in hardware and software asset management.
Documentation:
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations for HAM and SAM.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with ITSM teams, including IT Asset Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management, to ensure alignment of processes and data.
User Support:
  • Provide support and training to end-users on HAM and SAM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to HAM and SAM functionalities.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on HAM and SAM.
  • Strong background in ITSM and asset management processes.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly HAM and SAM.
Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
