Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in technical sales, developing specifications, and working with tender documentation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with architects, engineers, and developers
  • Knowledge of construction/design processes, product selection, and market/competitive intelligence

Requirements:

  • Promote company products, services, and technical solutions to architects, MEP consultants, and project developers/owners; ensure products are specified in project design drawings and tender documents; track construction projects from design stage to tender and execution through an updated pipeline
  • Provide technical consultation and product presentations to consultants and designers; assist distributors and end customers with technical documentation, drawings, calculations, and product selection; support engineering teams during design development and project implementation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, design institutes, universities, consultants, and developers; organize technical seminars, product training, and specification workshops; gather competitor and market information to support business strategy

1. Specification & Project Development
Promote company products, services and technical solutions to architects, M&E consultants,
and project developers/owner.
Ensure company products are specified in project design drawings and tender documents.
Track construction projects from design stage to tender and execution through updated
pipeline.

2. Technical Support
Provide technical consultation and product presentations to consultants and designers.
Assist distributors and end customers with technical documentation, drawings, calculations,
and product selection.
Support engineering teams during design development and project implementation.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Sales force background reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural
firms, design institutes, universities, consultants, and developers.
Organize technical seminars, product training, and specification workshops.
Gather competitor and market information to support business strategy
