Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with renewal quoting, price optimization, or contract lifecycle management
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data validation
Proficiency with CRM/quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ) and Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

Prepare, validate, and deliver accurate and timely renewal quotes for Omnissa customers
Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and other departments to ensure renewals are processed efficiently and pricing adheres to policy
Protect and expand revenue opportunities through effective renewal quoting within policy
Support customer retention and drive predictable recurring revenue

Job Description:

The Renewal Quoting Analyst is responsible for preparing, validating, and delivering accurate and timely renewal quotes for Omnissa customers. This role works closely with Sales, , Deal Desk, and other departments to ensure renewals are processed efficiently, pricing adheres to policy, and revenue opportunities are protected and expanded. The analyst plays a key role in supporting customer retention and driving predictable recurring revenue.
