Remote role based in the Charlotte, NC area with occasional regional travel
Pay Range
$51.05 - $76.60Responsible for overseeing and managing our executive production studio in their assigned area, as well as various locally produced and enterprise-wide video projects. This position requires a high level of executive presence and experience with C-suite-level members. It is also responsible for production, coordination and management of video/multimedia projects that follow strategically driven initiatives in collaboration with system and site leadership, physicians and teams. Collaborates with leader and stakeholders to align video storytelling with organizational goals and brand identity.
Major Responsibilities:
Executive Readiness: confidently managing senior-level leadership through studio production processes with professionalism, discretion, strategic acumen and clear communication
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leader and stakeholders, including executive leadership, marketing, communications, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated video strategies.
Creative Excellence: Collaborate with Video Production teammates to ensure final video products are compelling, high in quality and brand compliant by working collaboratively with the Creative Studio writer and design teams on script development, design, animation, storyboards and still photography.
High Production Standards: Prepare and manage location and production schedules, secure arrangements and permission for all locations, collaborate in managing shoots and post-production edits.
Quality Assurance: Monitor product development of each stage to ensure that strict quality standards, creative measures and communication objectives are achieved, or exceeded.
Innovations in Producing: Stay abreast of industry production trends to continuously improve video production processes.
Team Connections: Provide 1:1 connection with videography teammates, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Mentorship & Development: Mentor and develop local team in partnership with leader, providing opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement through training, continuing education and new opportunities.
Resource Management: Work closely with entire Creative Studio team on multiple, concurrent projects. Manages interviews, selects and contracts with a variety of vendors, including media production houses, music libraries and production supply companies. Track project status, process invoices and submit accurate billing.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
None Required.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in video production, creative services, in-house agency, or advertising agency, with at least 3 years of leading teams, budgets, and comprehensive strategies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex video production projects from concept to completion. Ability to independently handle day-to-day production, schedules and resources, working with cross-functional teams to determine target audience needs, evaluating successes and identify areas for improvement.
Creative Aptitude: Exceptional skills translating storytelling into productions with a strong understanding of narrative techniques and visual communication.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members. Ability to effectively translate and relay project requirements to team members with a diverse set of specializations and backgrounds.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, advertising, PR, design and multimedia production. Experience in concepting for broadcast/interactive mediums and multimedia solutions.
Vendor Collaboration: Experience and a high comfort level collaborating with external vendors, consultants and resources.
Budget & Resource Management: Experience managing production resources and budget efficiently.
Preferred – AI Tool Integration: experience with AI application knowledge embedded into ideation, pre-production planning and production processes
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
