Job description

This is a remote position.

A Crypto wallet security infrastructure provider are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer.

 

 

They develop the most secure wallet-as-a-service infrastructure in Web3 : an API-first wallet management system, ideal for applications and organizations seeking to provide secure access to all blockchains through a single integration). APIs and SDKs were designed for wallet programmability and efficient implementations, enabling fast deployments, smart automation flows, as well as granular sets of permissions and policies via secure authentication credentials. They are on the way to become the leading wallet infrastructure for the multi-trillion-dollar digital asset industry. 

 

The company is SOC-2 certified, employs 30 people across 6 countries and has raised over $20M since creation with prestigious investors. Their solution is used and trusted by major international corporations.


MISSIONS

As a Lead Mobile Engineer, you will drive the user-facing side of the platform.

The role is all about mobile: you’ll design and build iOS and Android apps, refine cross-platform frameworks, and craft interfaces that feel fast, intuitive, and trustworthy. You’ll also shape the SDKs and developer tools that make our mobile app better.


  •  Lead the design and development of our iOS/Android apps.
  • Own features from idea to launch to iteration.
  • Refine SDKs and cross-platform frameworks for smooth integrations.
  • Bring fintech-grade UX and bank-grade security to mobile wallets.
  • Set high standards for performance, security, and architecture.
  • Partner with product and design to ship features fast.
  • Write clear docs, review code, and mentor teammates.




Requirements

The employer is looking for deep mobile expertise (React Native), native iOS/Android knowledge, and strong UX instincts.
You’ve shipped real products in fintech or blockchain, know how to balance speed with rigor, and care about clean architecture, security, and reliability. You’ll own projects end to end, turning complex requirements into simple, trustworthy workflows for admins and their end-users.


  • 8+ years in mobile engineering, with experience leading projects.
  • Expert in React Native or native mobile (Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
  • Skilled in cross-platform development and SDKs.
  • Hands-on with WebAuthn, passkeys, and secure authentication.
  • Proven record of shipping mobile apps in fintech or onchain.
  • Strong sense of UX, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving teams.

Recruitment process :

  • Hiring Manager Interview : Intro call with Co-CEO (30 min).
  • Behavioural Interview : Personality and cognitive tests (45 min)
  • Take Home Test : Coding test in a language of your choice.
  • Behavioural Interview : Focus interviews with the hiring panel (180 min) : Code review, Architecture review, Security fundamentals, Culture check fit
  • Final Interview with management (30 min).



Salary: 140k to 220k USD
