We understand exactly what you are looking for! The claimant small and medium law firm recruitment market is overlooked and overly complicated- we aim to change that. We have found using some of the more established agencies to be difficult for the following reasons:- - Expensive - Inflexible Terms We pride ourselves on our low fees, flexible payment terms, and our high-quality candidates. Our placements are capped at 15%+VAT of annual salary (industry standard typically up to 25%). 50% of payment due the day the candidate walks through the door, the remaining 50% after 3 months.
