Job description

Sales Business Development Manager job opening is a remote home office based for our Los Angeles / Newport Beach area Training & Coaching client, for applicants willing and able to operate on Pacific Time hours.  To be an ideal candidate and requested for an interview, we need you to have experience, abilities and achievements in all of:

  • Proven track record in a Sales team management role
  • Experience of an outbound sales role - you and your team will only be working with warm leads, doing several 60 minute presentations each day, with a one-call close rate due to potential customer applying online
  • Experience of motivation a team and exceeding targets and goals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with both your team and customers
  • Customer driven approach 
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Day to day management of a team
  • Ability to join calls on a daily basis to close deals
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of Sales representatives that are working remotely

Full Time, $120K annually + package (PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, & 401k).  However top earners are making over $300K and sales experts in your team, top earners are making $250K+.
