Good understanding of Reinsurance and Workers’ Compensation processes
Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle and regulatory compliance requirements

Process Mapping & Analysis:
Strong expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis
Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi
Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Ability to independently conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders
Strong skills in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience engaging effectively with both business and technical teams
Strong ability to present, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment
Industry & Client Exposure:
Experience working with US-based clients
Understanding of US insurance market practices and standards
Responsibilities:

Instanda certifications or relevant insurance certifications (added advantage)
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
