Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with their clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy discussions with clients during regular review calls
  • Collaborate with clients to develop paid social campaign strategies and audience targeting approaches
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams to oversee the development and delivery of marketing assets
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment
  • Build strong client relationships focused on long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize performance across digital channels
  • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail


Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Solid understanding of Meta Ads (strategy-level knowledge; no hands-on execution required)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client accounts effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with some ambiguity
  • Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills

Qualifications
