About You

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow in the transportation and charter services industry. The primary responsibility of this position is to answer inbound calls, identify customer needs, generate leads, and convert those opportunities into quotes and ultimately booked trips.

About the Opportunity

This is a junior sales representative position, and you will report directly to the Director of Customer Success. You will work hands on with the Director of Sales, Sales Team and Customer Success Team. This role is a great entry point for anyone looking to build a career in sales and customer service within a growing and mission-driven company. As a Sales Representative at Global Charter Services, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers—playing a key part in shaping their experience with us. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, generate quotes, and close sales while working alongside a supportive team committed to your growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Management:
    Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service while gathering essential trip details.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound inquiries and input accurate information into Zoho CRM and the Buster platform.
  • Quoting & Sales Conversion:
    Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for sales opportunities, follow up with customers, and convert quotes into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    Maintain friendly, clear, and helpful communication with customers to build trust and ensure a positive experience.
  • CRM & Technology Use:
    Utilize Zoho CRM and other company technology platforms to manage leads, track communication, update records, and ensure smooth sales processes and accurate data collection.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to provide clear details, support customer needs, and ensure successful trip management.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, response-time expectations, and lead conversion benchmarks, and follow the CRM process.
  • Work with National Account Executives to assist them in quote to close process
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to assist when needed in the quality control process

Your Experience

● 1+ years in a positive Customer Service / Sales or related field – transportation / travel / hospitality
