We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Customer Onboarding Advisor to support our Freight onboarding and implementation team helping deliver a seamless start for new customers and making sure our internal processes stay tight, current and customer ready.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced problem solving, supporting stakeholders, improving processes, and being at the centre of customer onboarding activity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to Sales onboarding enquiries and troubleshoot questions fast.

  • Maintain onboarding documentation, FAQs and process updates.

  • Manage the Implementation Team SharePoint and keep content current.

  • Administer DocuSign access, templates and compliance requirements.

  • Support reporting, data requests and onboarding administration.

  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
