Join the team shaping the future of freight!


We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Analyst to join our newly established Product & Strategy team and help drive the evolution of our Freight business into a product-led, customer-centric operation.


You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify commercial opportunities, solve complex business problems, and shape strategic product decisions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and margin performance.


From market analysis and customer discovery through to business case development and process design, you’ll play a critical role in defining what TGE should build, improve or rethink and why.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse freight products, customer trends and commercial performance

  • Identify growth opportunities, margin improvement and process efficiencies

  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discovery sessions and working groups

  • Develop business cases, commercial models and strategic recommendations

  • Map current and future-state business processes

  • Partner across Product, Pricing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Strategy or Commercial Transformation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical commercial outcomes

  • Experience in freight, logistics, supply chain or B2B environments highly regarded

  • Agile, curious and commercially driven mindset
