Roles & Responsibilities

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in public sector marketing (federal is a must) and 2+ years working for a tech/software company.

Requirements:

  • Own and drive the public sector marketing strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline goals, in partnership with sales, partners, and industry leadership.
  • Lead demand generation and integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and field programs targeting federal, state, and local government buyers.
  • Develop government-focused positioning and messaging on mission outcomes, efficiency, compliance, and citizen experience; enable co-marketing with sales and alliances.
  • Execute high-impact events and sponsorships, collaborate cross-functionally (product marketing, PR, demand generation), and rigorously measure ROI while staying ahead of government technology trends.

Your mission

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Public Sector, who will shape, drive, and execute the marketing strategy for UiPath’s public sector business. You’ll combine industry expertise with marketing acumen to drive awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline velocity, and support growth in this high-impact segment.

 

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Own and drive the marketing strategy for UiPath’s public sector segment, aligning with sales, partner, and industry leadership to meet revenue and pipeline goals.

  • Lead demand generation programs designed to build awareness, support the creation of new opportunities, and accelerate pipeline for federal, state, and local government accounts.

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns digital (in conjunction with the digital team), events, content, thought leadership, and field programs that target the unique priorities of public sector decision-makers.

  • Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with government audiences, showcasing UiPath’s impact on mission outcomes, efficiency, compliance, and citizen experience.

  • Partner with sales and alliances support co-marketing campaigns, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and joint programs with strategic partners and systems integrators.

  • Drive high-impact events and sponsorships (conferences, roundtables, webinars, roadshows), ensuring UiPath has a strong presence and measurable contribution to demand and pipeline.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, PR/communications, and demand generation to deliver consistent storytelling and amplification across channels.

  • Measure and report rigorously on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI to inform investment decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in government digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption to guide messaging and thought leadership.

 

What you'll bring to the team

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in public sector marketing (federal is a must) and 2+ years working for a tech/software company.

  • Proven success in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.

  • Deep understanding of the public sector buying cycle, procurement processes, and compliance considerations.

  • Experience with digital marketing channels, field marketing, demand generation, and partner co-marketing.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex technology.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize programs based upon KPIs.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, global, high-growth environment.

  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, 6 Sense etc.).

  • Utilization of AI tools in Marketing campaigns and other role related responsibilities.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
