Strategic Sourcing Manager

The Strategic Sourcing Manager:

• Manages the implementation, on-going support and prioritization of initiatives in Supply Chain Management.
• Develops and drives the overall business systems strategy and roadmap, while managing multiple projects simultaneously ranging in size, complexity and duration.
• Oversees the creation and delivery of data-driven insights across Tower Health verticals to support strategic and operational business goals.
• Directs Supply Chain projects related to improved workflow and cost saving initiatives.
• Provides personal experience and subject matter expertise to support the creation and delivery of complex healthcare analytics projects for a diversity of uses.
• Lead analytical teams in developing their expertise to promote professional and technical growth.
• Mentors and trains the analytic team on techniques, data features, analytics software applications, clinical scenarios, business dynamics and requirements.
• Oversees the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, requirements, methodologies, coding, testing plans, and results validations.

Work Schedule: Remote; Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm EST
