Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

 

Our client is a creative and marketing-focused organization seeking a Content Creator to produce, edit, and optimize multimedia content across video, podcasts, presentations, and digital marketing assets. The company values strong creative execution, technical proficiency, and brand consistency, and is looking for someone who can help deliver visually compelling and engaging content that supports campaign performance across multiple channels and industries.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Role Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing, editing, and optimizing multimedia content including video, podcasts, slide decks, and graphic assets.

This role combines creative execution with technical proficiency to ensure all deliverables are visually compelling, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for audience engagement. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, creatively driven, and experienced using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to develop polished multimedia content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Podcast Editing

  • Edit video and podcast content, incorporating text overlays, captions, and graphic elements

  • Ensure final outputs meet quality standards and are optimized for digital platforms

Graphic & Design Work

  • Create marketing assets including social media visuals, ad creatives, and slide decks

  • Use tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma to produce polished creative work

Content Optimization

  • Refine text, visuals, and layouts to maximize engagement and clarity

  • Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables

Collaboration & Project Support

  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently

  • Assist with ideation, creative briefs, and supporting materials to enhance campaign performance

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, or a marketing agency environment

  • Experience producing and editing multimedia content across digital platforms

  • Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams preferred

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects

  • Experience using Canva and Figma for presentations and design work

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple projects

  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
