USRN (NY License) Clinical Auditor | WFH

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours clinical support to caregivers and patients via phone
• Conduct caregiver supervision calls and review patient care plans
• Respond to and advise on clinical questions and concerns that arise after hours
• Ensure continuity and quality of patient care through appropriate guidance and escalation
• Document interactions and communicate important updates to the care team as needed
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all patient and caregiver interactions

Requirements

• Registered PHRN and USRN (Must be active)
• Must be a NY (New York) license holder
• With proven clinical experience (2 + Years)
• Must be keen to details
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Must be residing in the Philippines
• Amenable working night shift
