Job description

LBC Mortgage is a fast-growing mortgage company with over 20 years of industry experience, and we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Processor Assistant to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the mortgage industry and work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Processors with daily loan pipeline management
  • Collect and organize borrower documentation
  • Follow up with clients, escrow, title, and third parties for outstanding conditions
  • Upload and review documents in the CRM/LOS system
  • Help ensure loan files are complete and organized
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and borrowers throughout the process
  • Support the processing team with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous mortgage experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely during US business hours
  • Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS systems is a plus
