Job Summary

As a German-Speaking SDR, you will play a critical role in expanding the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and sales leaders to identify potential customers, schedule meetings, and help drive revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about B2B sales and relationship building in German-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads within the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Research target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity within CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback and insights from customer conversations.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native-level German communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Pipedrive.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with SaaS, tech, or B2B companies is a plus.
  • Stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup.
