  • Master the pitch by clearly articulating High Scale’s value proposition to book demo calls with CMOs and VPs of Marketing
  • Perform strategic account mapping with Sales VAs, monitor buy signals, and track metrics (dials, open rates, conversions) in CRM; continuously optimize outreach through A/B testing of emails and scripts

With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Sales Development Representative with a hunter mindset who can break through the noise, open doors at major brands, and fill our pipeline with qualified opportunities.

Your ability to articulate value, handle objections, and book qualified meetings directly fuels our growth engine. What You’ll Do

  1. Execute High-Volume Outbound

    • Relentlessly hunt for new business via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling (LinkedIn/Twitter).

    • execute 50+ touchpoints daily to engage decision-makers at DTC brands, engaging them on their pain points (creative fatigue, scaling ad spend).

  2. Qualify & Book Meetings

    • conduct discovery calls to vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You are the gatekeeper—you only pass quality opportunities to the Account Executives.

    • Master the "pitch." You will articulate High Scale’s unique value proposition clearly and compellingly to book demo calls.

  3. Strategic Account Mapping

    • Work closely with Sales VAs to identify key stakeholders within target organizations.

    • monitor buy signals (e.g., a brand just raised Series B funding, or they are running outdated ads) to time your outreach perfectly.

  4. Iterate & Optimize

    • Track your metrics (dials, open rates, conversion rates) in our CRM.

    • A/B test your email subject lines and call scripts to constantly improve your success rate.

Who You Are

  1. A Hunter

    • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS or Agency experience is a plus).

    • You have a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas. You don't wait for leads to come to you; you go get them.

  2. Resilient & Competitive

    • You have thick skin. Rejection motivates you to dial the next number.

    • You are competitive with yourself and others—you want to be at the top of the leaderboard.

  3. Excellent Communicator

    • Native or Near-Native English proficiency is required. You must be able to hold a fluid, professional, and persuasive conversation with US-based executives over the phone.

    • You are a great listener—you listen for pain points, not just for a pause to speak.

  4. Coachability

    • You crave feedback. You record your calls and listen back to them to see where you can improve.

    • You adopt new tools and sales methodologies quickly.
