Role: Experimentation Manager
Location: World, Remote
Required Skills:
- Experimentation Operations Specialist with experience executing and coordinating global, market-specific A/B testing programs
- Strong hands-on expertise in test setup, QA, launch, and monitoring using experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and CDPs
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, data tracking, and structuring results for reporting and insight generation
- Experience managing workflows in tools like Jira/Asana, tracking dependencies, timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of experiments
- Detail-oriented executor with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and adapting experiments to regional market nuances
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, localisation) to ensure smooth experiment delivery
- Data-driven mindset with ability to support ROI tracking, monitor performance, and link execution to business impact
- Strong communication and organisational skills, providing clear updates on experiment status, blockers, and regional performance insights
