What you'll be doing?

๐Ÿ”ธ Research and identify potential clients across industries like hospitality, wellness, retail, media, and PR.

๐Ÿ”ธ Hunt down decision-makers and build qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns.

๐Ÿ”ธ Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone follow-ups to generate interest and book meetings.

๐Ÿ”ธ Prepare leads by understanding their business, needs, and fit with the clientโ€™s offering before outreach.

๐Ÿ”ธ Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.

๐Ÿ”ธ Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and updated with all outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress.

๐Ÿ”ธ Collaborate closely with the US-based sales team via Slack to align on messaging and targeting.

๐Ÿ”ธ Continuously improve outreach sequences, messaging, and lead qualification processes.


About you

๐Ÿ“ž You have 2โ€“3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.

๐Ÿ“ž Youโ€™ve got a proven track record of booking qualified meetings through outbound efforts.

๐Ÿ“ž Your research skills are sharpโ€”you can quickly understand a business and identify the right contacts.

๐Ÿ“ž Your English is fluent and professional (C1 level), both written and spoken.

๐Ÿ“ž Youโ€™re comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.

๐Ÿ“ž Youโ€™re experienced with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) and know how to manage pipelines and sequences.

๐Ÿ“ž Youโ€™re organized, proactive, and can handle high outreach volumes without dropping the ball.

๐Ÿ“ž Youโ€™re available to overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST.

๐Ÿ“ž Bonus points if youโ€™ve used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, or have experience with phone outreach.
