๐ธ Research and identify potential clients across industries like hospitality, wellness, retail, media, and PR.
๐ธ Hunt down decision-makers and build qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns.
๐ธ Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone follow-ups to generate interest and book meetings.
๐ธ Prepare leads by understanding their business, needs, and fit with the clientโs offering before outreach.
๐ธ Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
๐ธ Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and updated with all outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress.
๐ธ Collaborate closely with the US-based sales team via Slack to align on messaging and targeting.
๐ธ Continuously improve outreach sequences, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
๐ You have 2โ3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
๐ Youโve got a proven track record of booking qualified meetings through outbound efforts.
๐ Your research skills are sharpโyou can quickly understand a business and identify the right contacts.
๐ Your English is fluent and professional (C1 level), both written and spoken.
๐ Youโre comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
๐ Youโre experienced with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) and know how to manage pipelines and sequences.
๐ Youโre organized, proactive, and can handle high outreach volumes without dropping the ball.
๐ Youโre available to overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST.
๐ Bonus points if youโve used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, or have experience with phone outreach.
