Requirements:

  • B2B Support: Manage customer relations by handling around 100 emails monthly, ensure consistency in service levels between B2B and B2G, and interpret client operational reports.
  • Salesforce Territory Management: Maintain the Salesforce database, redirect clients to relevant local authority territory pages, and identify/inform the B2B Sales team of potential opportunities.
  • Operational Lifecycle Support: Oversee the launch process for new clients, manage access, send communication kits, handle license expiry notifications, and assist the Ops team during peak periods (e.g., COPIL meetings).
  • Long-term Projects: Contribute to the Dail’IA AI tool through improvements and knowledge base maintenance, drive routine cleanup of Drive and Salesforce records, and update the operational toolbox.

About BlaBlaCar Daily

We’re looking for people to join our journey on BlaBlaCar Daily.

We are an independent business unit growing fast following the acquisition of Klaxit in March 2023. We are about 100 people working together to build the best commute carpooling solution. We are actively developing and testing the product in France, Belgium and Switzerland with thousands of daily carpoolers.

Your Mission

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our team to help streamline and harmonize processes across our B2B and B2G business units. Your mission is to support our clients in the implementation of our solution, ensure the growth of carpooling journeys, and maintain the sustainability of BlaBlaCar Daily as a transport solution.

You will be reporting to Marie Vanhille (Operations Manager) and working under the direction of Thibault Gesland (Director of Synergie). You will be part of a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

B2B Support 

  • Manage customer relations by addressing around 100 emails monthly regarding non-contractual subjects
  • Ensure consistency in service levels between B2B and B2G business units.
  • Listen to client needs and help them interpret operational reports.

Salesforce & Territory Management

  • Maintain the database within Salesforce.
  • Redirect clients to the relevant local authority territory pages.
  • Identify and inform the B2B Sales team of potential business opportunities.

Operational Lifecycle & Support

  • Manage the launch process for new clients, including sending communication kits and necessary elements.
  • Handle access management, including cutting access and sending notification emails when licenses expire.
  • Provide assistance to the Ops team during peak periods, including preparation in COPIL meetings.

Long-term Projects

  • Dail’IA Project: Participate in the development of our AI tool by suggesting improvements and maintaining the knowledge base.
  • "Carenage" (Maintenance): Audit and clean up Drive folders and Salesforce records (ensuring communication kits and contacts are up to date).
  • Toolbox: Regular updates of the operational "Boîte à outils."

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent level of French and full working proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and align with business priorities.
  • Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing, and innovative environment.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience with Salesforce.
  • Mandatory: You must have an internship agreement from your school or university.
