Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Plan, deliver, and align internal and external training and education (T&E) strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and employees
Conduct regular needs analysis and develop strategic education plans to support business goals
Design, develop, and deliver HCP training programs, including procedure and competency-based education
Lead regional education initiatives and ensure consistency and quality across all programs
Build, manage, and maintain digital education resources; oversee access and track training execution and outcomes
Serve as the regional expert for CRM and CDS products, collaborating with regulatory teams to ensure compliance of educational materials
Partner with global and regional T&E teams to leverage resources and drive effective education solutions
Required Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5 years’ technical/clinical experience in an international setting
Background in adult education and strong medical/clinical knowledge, preferably in cardiovascular diseases
Technical aptitude, program management experience, and process-driven with analytical skills
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong social, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; adept at handling issues
Positive, proactive, and results-oriented personality; thrives in fast-changing environments; fluent in Dutch and English
We highly value candidates with a medical degree and a specialization in cardiology.
