REMOTE from any US based location

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location.  Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location.  This position is bonus eligible. Candidates and associates may be asked to travel to corporate offices for interviews, training and/or meetings.  Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

CNO Financial Group is actively recruiting for a Bilingual Distribution Compliance Specialist—a pivotal role that oversees compliance across the Consumer Division D2C and Independent Partners. This specialist will play a crucial part in maintaining strict adherence to legal requirements and reinforcing enterprise governance standards. Beyond compliance supervision, they will provide in-depth guidance and lead training sessions for both partner agencies and D2C teams. These efforts ensure that all parties are well-equipped to address and resolve compliance challenges efficiently, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.

As a Bilingual Distribution Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting English and Spanish language compliance efforts, reviewing, enforcing, and providing guidance on compliance policies and procedures at both management and agent levels.
  • Analyzing sales compliance trends through routine reporting and analysis and collaborating with sales management and agency management to develop and implement improvement plans.
  • Oversee implementation of sales and compliance best practices including training development, virtual and on-site training, application reviews, compliance monitoring and responses, and corrective action procedures.
  • Supporting compliance exams, maintains audit checklists based on findings, and ensures timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Conducting compliance training in English and Spanish for partner management and agents, ensures completion of required training, and drafts communications to support sales compliance and best practices.
  • Acting as the point person for legal/compliance/fraud cases, analyzes issues, partners with Legal, HR, and leadership for resolution, and coordinates corrective actions.
  • Tracking and addressing recurring compliance risks, developing enhanced procedures, and expedites complaint resolution with partner agencies.

The Bilingual Distribution Compliance Specialist position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Are fluent in both English and Spanish language with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages
  • Are responsive to shifting needs and priorities.
  • Have strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have demonstrated experience in researching, analyzing and summarizing information preferred.
  • Pay strong attention to details.

  • Related Work Experience: 5+ years of work experience in financial services, insurance, or legal industry

All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically.  Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

Compensation

Pay Range: $98,200.00 - $147,200.00 Annual
