Job description

Help scale MRI 100x, for today's healthcare and tomorrow's

The mission

Magnetic resonance imaging is one of the most powerful tools in medicine, and one of the most constrained. Scanners are expensive, scan times are long, and trained operators are scarce. Hundreds of millions of people who would benefit from MRI never get one.

Corsmed exists to change that. Our mission is to scale MRI 100x, making it faster, cheaper, and accessible to more people, in more places, for the current and future healthcare system.

We build two product lines toward that mission:

  • A physics-based MRI simulator that lets students, radiographers, and clinicians train on virtual scanners, without occupying a real one.

  • Software for faster, cheaper, better MRI: reconstruction technology that pushes the limits of what real scanners can do.

We're a ~25-person deep-tech team, headquartered in Sweden but working remote-first across 10 countries, backed by some of the best investors in the space, and working with universities, hospitals, and imaging centers around the world.

The role

You'll join our Customer Success team (in the Commercial org) and own the relationship our customers have with our products. Day-to-day, that means:

  • Onboarding new customers (universities, colleges, hospitals, imaging centers, clinics) and getting them productive on our platform.

  • Supporting their users through what they need: training sessions, troubleshooting, deeper sequence-level questions, the practical things.

  • Creating content (training materials, walkthroughs, exercises) that scales your expertise to thousands of users.

  • Closing the loop back to product: you'll sit between users and engineering, and your input will shape what we build next.

You'll work closely with other Application specialists and Customer Success Managers, as well as the Operations Manager, and you will report directly to the CEO (Erik).

Today the focus is ~90% on the simulator product. But as we ramp up our new product lines, you will be part of the market introduction from day 1.

Who you are

You have 5+ years' experience as a radiographer or MRI technologist (or equivalent MRI role), and you know MRI cold: the physics, the workflows, the things that go wrong in the middle of a busy clinical day. You like helping, supporting and teaching. You're comfortable working independently, and you're at home in a small team where roles are wide and the pace is fast.

You're also fluent in English. Application Specialist experience is a plus, but not a requirement; wanting to work with customers and users and help them get the best experience matters most.

We'd be especially excited if you also bring some of:

  • A teaching or pedagogy background

  • Deep MRI physics or sequence-level expertise

  • Experience across multiple MRI vendors (Siemens, GE, Philips, etc.)

  • Prior customer-facing experience in industry

  • Additional languages: Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, or any other language that helps us meet customers where they are

Practical

  • Location: Remote in European time zone, Sweden preferred.

  • Travel: Light, with 2–3 conferences a year (e.g., ISMRM) and a couple of on-site customer visits.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary plus equity. We want you to own a piece of what we're building.
