Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Technical Project Manager with strong business analysis capabilities to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical execution by partnering with stakeholders to understand objectives, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and lead the successful end-to-end delivery of technology driven projects.

This individual must be comfortable managing both project execution and core business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution definition, and stakeholder alignment.
This role is responsible for driving project delivery across the full project lifecycle while supporting successful solution implementation and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Process Optimization:
Document current (“as-is”) workflows and design improved (“to-be”) processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Solution Definition:
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements in collaboration with the development team to assess solution feasibility, estimate delivery timelines, identify technical constraints, and support effective resource planning.
- Data Analysis:
Leverage data-driven insights to assess solution feasibility, business impact, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Deliverables
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, appropriately scoped, prioritized, and technically feasible.
- Facilitate sprint planning and execution by ensuring the development backlog is technically actionable, appropriately sized, and aligned with project timelines and resource capacity.
- Coordinate with QA and Development teams to ensure deliverables meet technical specifications, standards, and project quality metrics before deployment.
- Ensure requirements are sufficiently detailed, validated, and approved before entering the development lifecycle.
- Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and potential impacts early in the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate alignment between business, technical, and operational stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Project Management & Delivery Execution
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery estimates.
- Agile Delivery Leadership: Drive Agile delivery ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) with a focus on unblocking development team, tracking sprint velocity, and ensuring predictable, on-time technical delivery.
- Delivery Governance: Establish and maintain project governance processes, including RAID logs, action tracking, dependency management, scope management, and change control processes.
- Risk Issue & Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, blockers and delivery concerns escalating to Head of PMO and senior management as needed.
- Quality & Implementation Oversight: Coordinate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and successful production deployment, ensuring the final deliverables meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
Key Deliverables
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are proactively managed and communicated.
- Drive cross-functional accountability and timely resolution of project risks and blockers.
- Facilitate structured scope management and change request processes.
- Manage release schedules, coordinate technical deployment plans, and ensure a smooth transition of deliverables to IT Operations, Training and other support teams.
Stakeholder Communication
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, leadership, design, QA, and external partners to foster a collaborative and transparent delivery environment.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular, clear, and concise project updates, milestone tracking, risk summaries, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

- Project Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in managing project constraints including scope, timeline, cost, quality, and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management, collaboration, and software delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Strong organizational, prioritization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certifications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or related technology delivery roles.
- Proven experience leading software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and operational users.
- Strong understanding of requirements management, delivery governance, risk management, and solution implementation practices.
- Experience working within fast-paced, evolving technology environments with multiple concurrent priorities preferred.
