The Role
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on marketing leader who can operate across two distinct verticals — consumer DTC and enterprise B2B — and do both well. This is not a strategy-and-delegate role. You will set the direction and you will be in the work: building campaigns, driving execution, and delivering results alongside your team.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the SVP, Sales and Chief of Staff, you will own marketing across the Medihive group — brand, demand, content, channels, and team.

- A dual-track marketer — equally at home building consumer brand and patient acquisition for webdoctor as you are generating B2B pipeline for enterprise partners. You understand these are different games and you know how to play both.
- Genuinely hands-on — you write briefs, review creative, pull performance data, and ship. You hold yourself to the same standard you hold your team.
- AI-native — you use AI tools actively in your work: content development, campaign iteration, market intelligence, personalisation. Not as a novelty — as a force multiplier.
- Commercially driven — you connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and hold yourself accountable to numbers, not just output.
- Healthcare-curious — you may come from healthtech or an adjacent regulated sector (fintech, insurance, pharma, wellness). What matters is that you’re genuinely interested in digital health and motivated by the mission.
- A builder — you want to create something, not manage what exists. You thrive in fast-moving environments where your decisions have real impact.
What You’ll Do
Dual-Vertical Marketing
- Own marketing strategy for webdoctor & hybrid clinics (DTC/consumer) and Medihive B2B (enterprise/partner) — distinct approaches, coherent group positioning
- Drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention for webdoctor across digital channels
- Build pipeline and support enterprise sales for Medihive B2B with targeted campaigns, content, and sales enablement
- Establish and protect a strong, consistent brand voice across both verticals and all markets
Execution & Delivery
- Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end — digital, content, CRM, events, and partner channels
- Use AI tools to extend team capacity: content generation, campaign optimisation, reporting, and personalisation at scale
- Analyse performance data and act on it quickly — conversion rates, CAC, pipeline contribution, ROI
- Own and allocate the marketing budget with rigorous commercial discipline
Team & Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team — hire well, coach actively, set a high bar
- Partner closely with Revenue and Sales to align on pipeline goals and close the loop on results
- Report regularly to the CEO on marketing performance, market dynamics, and strategic priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in marketing leadership, with experience across both consumer/DTC and B2B contexts
- Background in healthtech, medtech, or an adjacent regulated sector (fintech, insurance, pharma, wellness) — or a compelling reason why your experience transfers
- Proven track record in a scale-up or high-growth environment where you’ve had to build as well as run
- Hands-on digital marketing experience: SEO/SEM, paid social, email/CRM, content, and attribution
- Practical, current experience using AI in marketing workflows
- Team leadership and budget ownership experience
- Comfortable with HubSpot, Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, and modern productivity tools
