Roles & Responsibilities

On the Irish Medical Council (IMC) Specialist Register for General Practice (preferred).
Significant experience in local Primary Care Clinics.
Experience in ADHD management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including Fridays and weekend/evening shifts.

Requirements:

Provide online GP consultations to patients via the Webdoctor platform, typically 4–5 consultations per hour.
Maintain patient confidentiality and securely handle personal health information in line with data protection standards.
Develop and document clinical assessments, treatment plans and follow-ups for a wide range of primary care conditions, with emphasis on ADHD management as applicable.
Work flexibly from home or clinic, covering allocated shifts (including Fridays, weekends and midweek evenings) to deliver timely, patient-focused care.

Job description

General Practitioners - Anywhere in Ireland.

We are always looking to work with talented Doctors, health professionals, specialists and clinics. If you are any of the above why not contact us.

What is the role?

We are looking to expand our medical team and are currently recruiting to fulfil multiple GP positions. We favour Doctors who have worked for significant periods in local Primary Care Clinics or ideally are on the IMC Specialist Register for General Practice. At present, due to service expansion we are particularly interested in speaking with GPs with experience in ADHD management.

We offer the flexibility of working from your home or your clinic.

Hours that suit you
We offer flexible working sessions across a 7-day service, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week, including one weekend shift per month.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–10pm, and 10am–6pm on weekends - giving you the flexibility to balance work with personal commitments.

Current availability and priority shifts:

High priority: Fridays and weekend days
Additional availability: Midweek evening shifts (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 3pm–10pm)
Note: We are not currently recruiting for Tuesday shifts

Market leading rates

We pay market leading rates for the right people based on either 4 or 5 patient consultations per hour. We also cover Medical Indemnity insurance for the hours worked for us.

Complete clinical independence

Doctor remuneration is completely independent of treatment outcome - there is no pressure to prescribe.
