Your Responsibilities
As the Solution Advisory Manager for the United States, you will combine your hands-on presales expertise with your people leadership skills to drive Jedox’s presales success across the Americas. From the first interaction, you engage customers as a trusted advisor, clearly demonstrating Jedox's value while building and leading a high-performing Solution Advisory team.
Act as a trusted customer advisor: From the first interaction, engage with prospects and customers, understand their business, challenges, and goals, and clearly communicate how Jedox delivers measurable value.
Showcase the Jedox solutions: Present and demonstrate Jedox online and onsite at customer meetings, trade fairs, conferences, and webinars to support new and existing business.
Identify pain points and their business impact: Analyze customer challenges and underlying needs, then translate them into compelling, solution-oriented narratives.
Design proofs of concept and value: Create and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) and proof of values (POVs) that demonstrate tangible business benefits and support winning opportunities.
Support winning sales processes: Support the sales team by contributing to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses to increase win rates and revenue growth.
Lead and enable presales teams and partners: Manage and mentor a small Solution Advisory team, allocate presales resources effectively, and drive partner presales enablement.
Drive collaboration and operational excellence: Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and continuously improve presales processes, workflows, and overall effectiveness.
Your Profile
7–10 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre‑Sales role, ideally combined with strong financial and management expertise.
Proven experience working with senior finance leaders, Heads of Controlling, and C‑level executives, preferably including CFOs.
University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Advanced MS Excel skills, applied confidently in day‑to‑day work and decision‑making.
Hands-on experience with multidimensional databases (e.g., Jedox, OLAP, TM1, Infor, Essbase) and/or enterprise planning and EPM solutions (e.g., Jedox, Board, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud) is highly desirable.
Strong interest in engaging with new customers, industries, and complex business challenges, bringing a strategic perspective to each engagement.
Highly structured, organized, and detail‑oriented working style, ensuring quality and consistency across presales initiatives.
