Der Solution Manager für Converged Security ist verantwortlich für die End-to-End-Strategie, die Entwicklung und die Markteinführung integrierter physischer/OT/IT-Sicherheitsdienste. Deine Aufgaben

Strategie & Roadmap: Entwicklung einer Vision und Roadmap für integrierte Sicherheitsdienste (physisch, OT, IT); Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Priorisierung von Angeboten.
Kunden-Co-Innovation: Leitung von Design-Thinking-Workshops und Co-Innovationssitzungen zur Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Pain-Points sowie anschließende Umsetzung in Pilotprojekte; enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Teams und Partnern zur Lösungsoptimierung.
Lösungsentwicklung & Umsetzung: Spezifikation technischer Anforderungen für Dashboards, Analysen, automatisierte Arbeitsabläufe usw. sowie Mitwirken bei der Integration von Sensordaten, OT-Telemetrie und IT-Sicherheitsfeeds. Beaufsichtigung von Pilotprojekten inklusive Planung, Durchführung von Versuchen, Einholung von Feedback und Sicherstellung der Konformität mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben (z. B. GDPR, NIS2) und Branchenstandards.
Projekt- & Produktmanagement: Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams nach agilen oder hybriden Methoden; Verwaltung von Backlogs, Sprints, Releases, Budgets und Zeitplänen sowie KPI-Tracking (Akzeptanz, ROI, Time-to-Value, Kundenzufriedenheit).
Go-to-Market & Enablement: Entwicklung von Markteintrittsstrategien für Zielsegmente (z. B. kritische Infrastruktur, Gesundheitswesen). Erstellung von Vertriebs- und Marketingmaterialien sowie Schulung interner Teams (Vertrieb, Presales, Services) und Partner, Durchführung von digitalen Kampagnen, Webinaren und Co.
Thought Leadership & Externes Engagement: Externe Positionierung des Unternehmens als Vordenker im Bereich konvergenter Sicherheit;
Rollout & Skalierung: Planung skalierbarer Rollouts und Etablierung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse.
