About the role
We’re looking for a client-focused and solutions-driven Business Solutions Consultant to help lead the successful delivery of Jesta I.S.’s cloud-based ERP solutions for enterprise retail and supply chain clients.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design scalable ERP solutions, and guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in driving solution quality, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering with client stakeholders
- Design, document, and validate functional ERP solutions aligned with business needs and best practices
- Facilitate functional workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations
- Configure ERP functionality and validate outcomes within agreed project scope
- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, data teams, and product teams
- Support integrations, data validation, system testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities
- Identify risks, gaps, and change impacts, and propose solutions or escalate when needed
- Prepare client documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer
- Act as a trusted functional advisor to clients and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business analysis, or enterprise systems implementation
- Strong experience in retail, wholesale, or supply chain business processes
- Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and functional discussions
- Experience producing functional requirements, solution designs, and process documentation
- Understanding of ERP integrations, data flows, and testing processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment
- Comfort working with cloud-based ERP platforms and modern digital tools
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to support analysis and documentation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale or multi-stream ERP implementations
- Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or data validation (read-only)
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset

- This role requires approximately 35% travel.
